REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy - the basics 

At Paradigm Energy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you are not happy with your order.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of eligible items within 21 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

    • In the original packaging 

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase 

  • Items that are non-returnable include:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Digital downloads or gift cards

    • Sale or clearance items are final sale (no exchanges or refunds)

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 21 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    • First, check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
