At Paradigm Energy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and options if you are not happy with your order.
1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 21 days of delivery.

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Digital downloads or gift cards

Sale or clearance items are final sale (no exchanges or refunds)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 21 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
