• All orders are processed within 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 21- 27 business days

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.​

• 3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all states in USA.

• We do ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.​

• We do not ship internationally

• 5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• You can track your package via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

• 6. Damages, Lost, or Delayed Orders

• Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 21 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 21 days, please contact us and we will assist in locating your package.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
